The Supernatural Man Earth in Time

The Supernatural Man – Part ii

He Appears in the Timeline of Man’s History

The First Appearance of the SuperMan to Mankind

Understanding everything about Jesus Christ is far beyond the human mind. We can only receive of Him through divine revelation for even the act of salvation is a supernatural act transforming man from an earthly being to a heavenly being, and this can only be accomplished by divine revelation. God must reveal Himself. Man cannot find the person of God by searching; search all he wants, if God does not reveal Himself by His Spirit then man is lost. Fortunately, for man, God has spoken; God has revealed Himself in sundry times, and in diverse manners in these last days by His Son, Jesus Christ. Christ is the only way to God. He is the complete definition of salvation, and salvation is completely contained and given by Jesus Christ. The Lord declared in John 14:6, Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. So where do we begin in this revelation to man? We begin with the first appearance of the Son of God, our Lord Jesus Christ, in Genesis to mankind. For it was by Him, and for Him, that all things were created.

In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: (Colossians 1:14)

Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: (Colossians 1:15)

For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: (Colossians 1:16)

And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. (Colossians 1:17)

The SuperMan Before Creation

As the Creator of all things, and the eternal power of the eternal God, nothing is impossible for Jesus Christ. He, in His infinite power, formed the world with the Word of His power. Before the foundations of the earth, the anointed of God the Father was manifested in the eternal existence of God. He became a visible image with specific glory before the foundations of the earth. And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. (John 17:5) In eternity, before one word of creation, the Son of God took on an image that He would display in the fullness of time. In this image He spoke the words of creation and took His place in the very creation that He had created. For all things were created by Him, and for Him. He, the Lord of glory, manifested His image in eternity which did not exist before He manifested Himself. For Jesus Christ is the image of the invisible God. Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: (Colossians 1:15). Why then do we, as mankind, limit the image of Jesus Christ? Man is so overpowered by his fall, and the corrupted earth that it is hard for man to see beyond himself. We are blessed in that God is the incorruptible God, there is nothing that can taint His divine righteousness, and holiness. This is the God of eternity who manifested Himself to perform the works of creation in the Person of Jesus Christ.

But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. (Hebrews 1:8)

Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.(Hebrews 1:9)

And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands: (Hebrews 1:10)

The Omnipresence of The SuperMan

When Christ was manifested in the fullness of time, He was sent of the Father. This showed pre-existence, and after His resurrection (in the process of time) He ascended back to God the Father. Not only do we see prior existence, but glory to God, we see the existence of a Man in heaven now for us. He returned to the Father, and there He pours out His ministry through the Spirit of Christ to those who love Him, and He has given Himself for them. While on earth, the Lord Jesus told Nicodemus of His heavenly existence.

If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things? (John 3:12)

And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven. (John 3:13)

We also see in the Lord’s declaration to Nicodemus that He declared His Omnipresence. Only God could make this statement. This is the marvel that while on earth, He had complete presence in heaven with the Father. This is a marvel that only the manifested Man, Jesus Christ, could possess.

The SuperMan Revealed as The Creator

Before the world was, the Lord Jesus was the image of the invisible God. You can believe this, or not. In revealing this supernatural Man, we must understand why He was revealed to man. He was revealed to man, in Adam, as Adam’s Creator. And in this position, He would walk and instruct man in things concerning Himself, man was God’s servant, even in the garden. Man was dependent on God, and God alone. The fall did not change man’s servitude, or his dependence, it changed man. Man became alienated from His Creator, and he would dwell in an estranged creation. Prior to the fall, Christ walked with Adam, ministered to Adam, and filled him with the knowledge of God. This was all done by divine revelation to Adam, for Adam could not acquire this divine knowledge by, and of, himself. Adam was instructed in the divine ways of God. He was not a tree dweller, nor a tree hugger, he was a created being created by the divine Being, Jesus Christ. And Christ revealed Himself to Adam as the image of God. This was His first divine appearance among man when He appeared to both Adam and Eve.

The SuperMan Revealed as the Outward Expression of God’s Being

What did this divine appearance reveal to man? This was the outward expression of God’s Being. The expression of the fullness of the Godhead bodily. For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. (Colossians 2:9) This manifestation of Jesus Christ in the garden put an image to man’s Creator. This was the beginning of divine revelation to man. The marvel of marvels is that man was created in a similitude of that very image; yet, man was a created being, and would have divine restrictions placed upon him; although God allowed him dominion over the world, he was a being in subjection to the authority and will of God.

The Image of Man

Let’s examine the image of man in Adam. There are two images of man in the garden: the 1st image before the fall, and the 2nd image after the fall. In the fall of man, sin came into man, as well as into the world; this was the spiritual upheaval of both Adam and the world. This spiritual disaster left Adam estranged from God. He lost the image that was his mirror of his Creator. He was still the creation of God, but without glory. Sin had darkened the world around him, and darkened his inner being; both his heart and mind were darkened, and his glory was gone: and the outward result was nakedness. Sin had exposed them to their own shame. If the tree had been just a tree of good, then all would have remained the same, for Adam knew the goodness of God; however, the tree was the knowledge of both good and evil, and evil now possessed mankind. Because of man’s disobedience he became another image. He became, if you will, another equation; what was added to man was sin and death, which God had revealed to man by divine revelation. Both Adam and Eve understood the penalty of their trespass: that if they partook of the tree of good and evil, they would surely die; and die — they did! For they both took of the tree, both male and female. Both lost their glory. Adam lost his dominion as well as his harmonious relationship with Eve. For sin was now residing in both hearts, and with sin, nothing could return them to their prior relationship of fellowship and unity. What Adam saw in God before the fall in his walk with God, so Eve saw in Adam, as she walked beside him. For Adam had been given the image of God, but this glory was gone, and shock waves spread throughout the whole earth. What was left behind was their nakedness, for the glory of God had departed (Ichabod).

In this new image of nakedness, the image of a fallen creature, man could not be allowed to remain in the garden; for man was corrupted within, and visibly corrupted without. When the glory departed, the image of God was removed leaving man in his distorted image of nakedness. Man, in his fallen state, could not be allowed to partake of the tree of life in this compromised image, and in his condition of sin, therefore, God (in the Person of Jesus Christ) drove this image out of the garden, and sent man into the world, and barred the garden to man by divine command. God’s command was enacted and executed by Cherubims and the flaming sword of judgment.

Man — Trying to Find Life in a World of Death

The image of man that was now in the world would never return to that originally created image that he once possessed before his fall. Man had died spiritually in the garden and would now attempt to find life in a world of death. In his exile, he would find his final judgment of death. Physically he would die, and the testimony of death would journey throughout the history of man as a reminder of his fall in the far away garden. He would die physically in the world and return to dust from whence he was taken. It was not just the outward man that was corrupted, his inner being was also corrupted as well. His heart became desperately wicked, his mind became enmity against God, and his imagination became continually evil. His conscience was seared as by a hot iron; and of course, sin entered in and flooded his being. Man would now dwell in darkness of soul, and spiritually be alienated from God. It is this image outside of the garden that God deals with in Genesis, Chapter 6, verses 5 and 6.

And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. (Genesis 6:5)

And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. (Genesis 6:6)

This is a long way from the garden of God. Countless years have past, and sin had multiplied in the heart of man. Yes, this was still the creation of God, but this creation (man) had completely corrupted himself, and because of his corruption, God was brought to a point that He repented Himself of the very creation of man. His heart was grieved at this sadness of man’s condition. Man had brought upon himself the condition of his own judgment. And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. (Genesis 6:7) Both man and beasts would be wiped off the face of the earth. Man was put in dominion over the physical earth, all the flesh of the earth: the beasts of the fields, the fowls of the earth, and the creeping and crawling things of the ground. All would be wiped off the face of the earth because of man. Man was in a hopeless condition and were it not for the little word ‘but’ in verse 8, man would have disappeared off the face of this earth. But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. (Genesis 6:8)

What a marvel, a preacher of righteousness finds grace in God’s sight. And because of this righteous preacher God would take His servant, and seven other souls, safely through the flood. They would enter into a new world purged by the power of God, purged of the wickedness of man. Noah came through the waters to the other side into a world cleansed by the waters. Man, however, still had the fallen image both without and within. Man was still the possessor of sin within him, and was still under the penalty of sin: death. This image would remain until the fullness of time.

The SuperMan Revealed Outside the Garden of God

The fullness of time is marked by God, for God sent and revealed a new image in a new man, Jesus Christ. One more time let’s go back to the garden; here we have the first record of the appearance of God on earth, as He walked on the face of the earth that He, Jesus Christ, had created. From the record of Genesis, we find in the seventh day that the Creator of all things is at rest. We believe that this rest was broken by the fall. As He walked upon this earth His Spirit was at rest until the fall of man, God would now journey outside the garden. He would now become the God of redemption. He would go out to find, and search the heart of man. He would look for a heart that was staid on Him. For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. . . . . (2 Chronicles 16:9a)

Face to Face

In this wilderness of sin we see no further communion of God to Adam. The next communion (although not recorded in Genesis) is with a man of faith, Abel. This seems to be the first acquisition of faith by man in his fallen state. According to Hebrews, Chapter 11, Abel is the first man mentioned in a historical line of faith in God. We should realize that Abel is the first depositary of the faith of the Son of God. I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. (Galatians 2:20) When the Lord revealed Himself to Moses concerning the law and the ordinances of God, and the instruction for the sacrifices to God, He revealed Himself to Moses in His divine image. What He had to reveal to Moses was so important in the divine plan of redemption that God had to communicate with Moses face to face.

Side Note: face to face

And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved. (Genesis 32:30)

And the LORD spake unto Moses face to face, as a man speaketh unto his friend. And he turned again into the camp: but his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, departed not out of the tabernacle. (Exodus 33:11)

And they will tell [it] to the inhabitants of this land: [for] they have heard that thou LORD [art] among this people, that thou LORD art seen face to face, and [that] thy cloud standeth over them, and [that] thou goest before them, by day time in a pillar of a cloud, and in a pillar of fire by night. (Numbers 14:14)

The LORD talked with you face to face in the mount out of the midst of the fire, (Deuteronomy 32:30)

And there arose not a prophet since in Israel like unto Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face, (Deuteronomy 34:10)

And when Gideon perceived that he [was] an angel of the LORD, Gideon said, Alas, O Lord GOD! for because I have seen an angel of the LORD face to face.(Judges 6:22)

And I will bring you into the wilderness of the people, and there will I plead with you face to face. (Ezekiel 20:35)

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. (1 Corinthians 13:12)

Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. (1 John 3:2)

And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure. (1 John 3:3)

Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. (Matthew 5:8)

And they shall see his face; and his name [shall be] in their foreheads. (Revelation 22:4) ♦ End of Side Note.

The First Man in the Line of Faith — a More Excellent Sacrifice

When considering Abel, in both Genesis and in the Book of Hebrews, Chapter 11, we behold the Lord speaking and revealing Himself to Abel concerning the first divine sacrifice that would be given of man to God as a type of the divine sacrifice that was to come in the Person of the Lord Jesus Christ. In Hebrews 11, God does not present us with Adam in the line of faith, nor Adam’s first born, but it is Abel who is taken by God, and God presents His divine faith, and Abel acts on that faith; and therefore, we read that it is Abel who presents a more excellent sacrifice. By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh. (Hebrews 11:4)

And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the LORD. (Genesis 4:3)

And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering: (Genesis 4:4)

But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell. (Genesis 4:5)

And the LORD said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen? (Genesis 4:6)

Divine Revelation — the Power of God — the LORD Said

Moses received the first five books of the Bible by divine revelation, however, in the writings of Moses we go back to the very beginning of God’s revelation to man. Many lack understanding in the Scriptures, and in the things of God, for they do not relate to the divine power that is in His divine Being, and that He is capable of revealing Himself to man by divine revelation. Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God. (Matthew 22:29)

God puts forth to man, through divine revelation, not only what is required of man, but what is needed of man. God’s revelation is only part of the divine historical record. In Genesis 4:6, we have the first recorded words of God outside of the garden. And the LORD said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen? Whether face to face, or through God the Holy Spirit, God is capable of manifesting Himself outwardly, or inwardly, by the Holy Spirit. Whether He is speaking face to face, or to the inward man, it is divine revelation.

In Genesis 4:6, we have the first mention concerning what the Lord said, the phrase the LORD said, is directed to a disobedient man. We realize, according to the offering of Abel, there must have been prior instruction by God for they both (Abel and Cain) had offered sacrifices. Abel offered the prescribed sacrifice in obedience as recorded in Hebrews 11. Cain’s sacrifice was offered in disobedience to God. In his disobedience, Cain became wroth (extremely angry) with God, and God’s reaction was to question, Why art thou wroth? In the garden, the result of sin brought forth excuses from both Adam and Eve; now outside the garden, in the world of sin, and after the process of time, we have Cain bringing an offering to the Lord that was rejected by the Lord. Why? because it was not the prescribed sacrifice. This was the first witness of the atonement of man by a blood sacrifice outside of the garden. Cain, unlike Abel, was trying to appease God with the works of his own hands, and by the sweat of his face. This was the first idolatrous act of man, and thus, God refused Cain’s offering. This did not bring repentance from Cain, but a heart that was wroth with God. With the voice of God there was also an image of God; for man must have continuous guidance and correction through divine revelation to him. If man instructs himself we will find him in the same condition as before the flood. If man is not instructed by divine revelation, and the presence of God by the Holy Spirit of God, then man will be without hope in this world.

The Image of God — the Glory of God

In the history of Abraham, we have Abraham being called out of Mesopotamia as documented in Chapter 11 and 12 of the Book of Genesis. We have the recorded words of the Lord when absolutely nothing is recorded of His bodily presence in Abrahams’ calling in Genesis. We don’t receive the complete divine revelation (of Abraham’s calling) until the Book of Acts, Chapter 7, verses 2 and 3.

And he said, Men, brethren, and fathers, hearken; The God of glory appeared unto our father Abraham, when he was in Mesopotamia, before he dwelt in Charran,(Acts 7:2)

And said unto him, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and come into the land which I shall shew thee. (Acts 7:3)

Stephen received revelation from the Spirit of God which led to the increase of our knowledge of the presence and the voice of the Lord Jesus Christ in the call of Abraham in Genesis 12. His voice, according to Stephen, was accompanied by God revealing (not only) the bodily image of Jesus Christ but revealing Himself as The God of glory. Why do we see through the eyes of faith the image of Jesus Christ in Genesis 12? Because Jesus Christ is the image of the invisible God, Who is the image of the invisible God.

Side Note: Christ is the express visible image of the invisible God

In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. (2 Corinthians 4:4)

In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: (Colossians 1:14)

Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:(Colossians 1:15)

Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; (Hebrews 1:3)

Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? (John 14:9) ♦ End of Side Note.

The SuperMan Appears in the Old Testament

Paul also received divine revelation from the Spirit of God, and he puts the name of Jesus Christ to the Rock that followed the children of Israel through the wilderness of sin.

Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; (1 Corinthians 10:1)

And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea; (1 Corinthians 10:2)

And did all eat the same spiritual meat; (1 Corinthians 10:3)

And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ. (1 Corinthians 10:4)

This is a direct link with the Lord Jesus Christ appearing in the Old Testament. It is a direct reference from the Spirit of God in the New Testament back to the Old. It was Christ who followed them, verse 4. Now, let us read verse 11, Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come. In verse 11, we see the divine reason for the revelation in verse 4. The Spirit of God pulls back the curtain of this wonderful truth, these recorded instances of our Lord appearing in the Old Testament are, in fact, for our learning. For we have come to the end of the world, and God wants us to understand the entire time line of God’s Son through the history of man. He revealed His Son in the Old Testament as well as in the New Testament, and we are privileged in this appointed time to have a complete revelation given by God concerning His Son, Jesus Christ.

Back in Our Timeline to Cain and Abel

Now let us consider Cain once again, we believe that this supernatural Man appeared to both Abel and Cain. Adam and Eve were both given revelation in the garden, and both Abel and Cain were given specific instruction on how to approach God Almighty. Abel obeyed, and Cain disobeyed. God rejected Cain’s disobedience by rejecting his sacrifice based on the truth of the revelation that Cain had received from God. The principle, in God’s rejecting Cain’s sacrifice, is that there is a proper way to approach God that was established by God Himself at the very beginning of the time line of mankind. This principle was not only for the time line in the Age of Cain, but it is also very relevant for all Ages, and for those in the Age of the End of Time. It can only be through the revealed divine sacrifice, Jesus Christ the Son of God, that man can approach God. In Abel’s day, it was one of his flock, a lamb, a pure lamb as a sacrifice to God. This sacrifice was a fore-figure of the Lamb of God (which taketh away the sin of the world) the Lord Jesus Christ. In Abel, man was a long way from the fullness of time.

The Two Paths of Mankind in the Time Line

We should consider that Jesus Christ not only came forth in the fullness of time, but in His eternal Being, Christ is outside the time line of man. God specifically, in His determinate counsels, determined the fullness of time in His Son. But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, (Galatians 4:4). And in the fullness of time, we have been given a name, and a man, the Man, Christ Jesus; and He is the only pathway to God through His own personal divine sacrifice to God for the sin of the world. Now sin in Cain brought forth a reaction of wroth. Verse 5 states ‘very’ wroth with God. In Cain we see man completely out of place with God, and still, as with Adam there was no repentance. Instead we see the anger and hatred in man’s heart against the Creator of all things, Jesus Christ. We see that same anger from the Pharisees in the New Testament in John 8.

In Genesis 4, God reveals to us the two paths of man. One path is following God’s revealed truth, walking, and obeying according to that revelation. The other path is the heart of man singing, My way; and walking according to the ways of Cain. This is the path of disobedience. In Abel we have the path of obedience at the first appearance of the Lord recorded in Genesis 4. We also have the enmity of man displayed against God’s dear Son as the Pharisees would continue that hatred in the Lord’s day which would reach it’s peak at the end of the Lord’s 3 ½ years ministry on earth walking amongst men.

Cain was the first one to express his enmity and hatred against God. And this sin and disobedience brought on his hatred for his brother, and festered inside until he killed his brother Abel. Cain would be remembered through all of time as the first murderer. And Scripture (through the words of the Lord Jesus Christ) describes him not only as a murderer, but that his father was the devil. In the sequence of the Lord revealing Himself to Cain, we see the Lord revealing Himself once more to the transgressor. We do not get such an extended revelation concerning Abel. Cain is the one that demands the full attention of the Lord. In God’s communication with Cain, the result is judgment from God because Cain’s refusal to repent.

And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother’s blood from thy hand; (Genesis 4:11)

When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth. (Genesis 4:12)

And Cain said unto the LORD, My punishment is greater than I can bear.(Genesis 4:13)

Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me. (Genesis 4:14)

The Timeline Continues — The Ungodly Seed — God Gave Them Up

By Cain’s own words he acknowledges that he has not only heard the voice of God, but has seen the face of God as well. For he stated that part of his judgment would be that he would be driven out from the presence of God, and from the presence of His face. In the expression, from thy face, we see a visible image of the Person of God, and the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. Cain looked upon the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ, and he would see it no more for his disobedience and murder. He would be driven out from the presence of God, never to repent of his sin, and after his death, he would await the eternal fires of the lake that burns with fires and torment forever. Not only God’s face was hidden from Cain, but in the genealogy of Cain, there is no record in the word of God of the appearance of God to the descendants of Cain. This brief genealogy ends with Lamech, who like Cain was a murderer. For the apple does not fall far from the tree, In this brief genealogy of Cain’s descendants there is no mention of God their Creator. When Cain was driven out from the presence of God, as in Romans 1, God gave him up. And we see this through Cain’s entire genealogy. There is no mention of the divine voice, or the divine image of the invisible God, or divine revelation to the descendants of Cain. All that is recorded are the self-interests of man in his ways under the penalty of sin. There is no mention of God from verse 17 to verse 24 in Genesis, Chapter 4; eight verses in the genealogy of Cain without the presence of God in the heart of man. The Holy Spirit then, after the descendants of Cain reject God, introduces us to another seed in Seth to replace Abel who Cain slew.

The Timeline Continues — the Godly Seed

And Adam knew his wife again; and she bare a son, and called his name Seth: For God, said she, hath appointed me another seed instead of Abel, whom Cain slew. (Genesis 4:25)

And to Seth, to him also there was born a son; and he called his name Enos: then began men to call upon the name of the LORD. (Genesis 4:26)

In Seth we have the godly seed given of God. This is the seed, the divine seed, brought about by the supernatural actions of God in both the Old Testament, and the New Testament; and this godly seed would be called the sons of God. Although the children of Seth did not have the complete revelation of God as the sons of God have today, in the son of Seth (Enos) we are made aware of direct revelation given by God for it is now that men began to call upon the name of the LORD. This could not come from the line of Cain, for they had cast off all the knowledge of God, but God working in His divine power raised up a new seed for Himself. We have here (in Seth) a dim picture of resurrection to be a testimony that God is able to raise up seed although one be dead. As in Abraham, we see because of the age of Abraham that he was not able to raise up seed, but God divinely raised up seed to Abraham. We understand the divine working in this way in the New Testament in Galatians 4:27-31.

For it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an husband. (Galatians 4:27)

Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.(Galatians 4:28)

But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now. (Galatians 4:29)

Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.(Galatians 4:30)

So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free.(Galatians 4:31)

Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised. (Hebrews 11:11)

Therefore sprang there even of one, and him as good as dead, so many as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as the sand which is by the sea shore innumerable. (Hebrews 11:12)

There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth. (Luke 1:5)

And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless. (Luke 1:6)

And they had no child, because that Elisabeth was barren, and they both were now well stricken in years. (Luke 1:7)

But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John. (Luke 1:13)

And thou shalt have joy and gladness; and many shall rejoice at his birth.(Luke 1:14)

We see in all these verses the working of God by His divine authority and nature to bring a seed into the world through supernatural actions to preserve a seed for Himself. Even presenting Himself as the eternal seed in the Lord Jesus Christ, for we as the sons of God today, are born of the divine seed, and divine nature in the Man in heaven, the Lord Jesus Christ. We are preserved and instructed by that divine nature. In Genesis 4, we also have a recognition of Eve that the promise that was given to her in the garden, although Abel was dead, yet he would speak through the new seed Seth. This would have to be divine revelation to Eve. In Chapter 4 of the Book of Genesis, we have the great tragedy of man against man, and against God. It is only in the last two verses of Chapter 4 that we see the wonderful ray of divine light in the giving of the seed to the woman in the person of Seth. Further revelation reveals to us that almost immediately men were given more revelation, and they began to call on the name of the LORD. This was divine instruction for these men, and through the genealogy to come we will see the continuance of the seed, and we are reminded of that seed when we get to the seventh from Adam, Enoch. Man has always had a witness on how to approach God, or what to bring to God. We presume in the genealogy of Seth there was a continuance of sacrifice to God; we see this through the rest of Scripture in God’s order. Even today, the godly seed holds up the name of Jesus Christ, and presents themselves before God in the sacrifice of God’s dear Son. We are instructed to remember the Lord’s death, and therefore, Abel was the first type of the Lord Jesus Christ; for he being dead yet speaketh.

The Godly Seed From Seth to Noah

In the New Testament, we are kept pure in God’s eyes by the one time sacrifice of His Son, Jesus Christ. We do not repeat the Lord’s sacrifice for we have entered into His death and sacrifice with Him. I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. (Galatians 2:20)

The line of Seth, or the godly seed, was to keep purity in their line, and not mingle with the children of Cain. Now, remember later on, on the other side of the flood, one of the first advents was the sacrifice offered by Noah. I believe that this shows continuance of animal sacrifice from Abel to Seth, and through the genealogy up to Noah. Noah is the last man recorded who offered sacrifice to God until we see the call of Abraham; then, Abraham resumes sacrifice when he enters into the land of Canaan. So we believe that God preserved a seed from Seth to Noah, and this seed was called the sons of God. In Noah (in this seed) he was perfect in his generation. These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God. (Genesis 6:9)

I call this genealogy from Seth to Noah the crimson thread of the godly line. God called out a people for Himself. And in Enoch God informs us in the 7th from Adam the continuation of His divine calling that he gave unto Seth, and continued on to Noah. One point that I would like to bring out that at the end of each of the lives of these men it is recorded that they begat sons and daughters. When it came to Noah, after the flood, it is only recorded of him that he begat sons. I find this interesting because before the flood the corruption to the descendants of each of the godly line came in through the daughters of Cain and corrupted the godly line of the sons of God. I find this brought out in the New Testament when Paul told the children of God not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers. Here, in Genesis 6, we see the results of the godly line mingling with the daughters of men. This perversion led to almost total contamination of the line of Seth. Only by divine preservation did we end up with a man named Noah who found grace in God’s sight. We should remember that both the line of Cain, and the line of Seth were fallen men. They still were under the penalty of sin and death, however, God was preserving a line to the fullness of time when He sent forth His Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for the sin of the whole world. In Christ, on the cross, we have the destruction of all flesh, and the casting off of Adam, and we receive a new man, the second man from heaven. We see the activity of God both in word and deed, and His presence in the 7th from Adam to Enoch. Enoch walked with God, and was given prophecy by God, and re-affirmed God’s dealing with men.

And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, (Jude 14)

To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. (Jude 15)

This prophecy was delivered to Enoch to proclaim to an ungodly world (this was prior, of course, to the preaching of Noah), the coming judgment of God. In Enoch we see the continuation of God’s preservation of the righteous, so much so, that in the walk of Enoch God translated him into glory because he pleased God. By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. (Hebrews 11:5) In both Enoch and Noah we see the preaching of God’s coming judgment upon the earth. In Enoch’s prophecy we have the far reaching judgment of the Lord Jesus coming with ten thousand of his saints at the end of the day of trouble, or at the end of the great tribulation. In Noah’s prophecy, God specifically used his preaching of righteousness to condemn the world that was, and to proclaim, and warn the world of events to come of things not yet seen. Even the preparation of the ark was a warning to the ungodly world. These men walked by faith, and between both of them in Hebrew11, we read verse 6. But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. You also need to know that in Hebrews, Chapter 11 (between the faith of Noah, and the faith of Abraham) there is no other name recorded of the sons or descendants of Noah. This would coincide with (as I have previously mentioned) the neglect of offering up to God a sacrifice typifying the death of His Son on the cross of Calvary.

In the translation of Enoch, we see a walk with God, and because of Enoch’s walk he would not see death. In Genesis, we read, for God took him, then we receive further revelation in Hebrews 11:5 that he was translated because he pleased God. In Enoch we have the appearance of Jesus Christ walking with Enoch. We have the prophetic revelation in Jude 14 and 15 which projects to the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. Was not Christ expounding to Enoch things concerning Himself as He did with the two on the Emmaus Road. We are dealing with the appearing of the Lord Jesus in Scripture. He was able to appear because He is the supernatural Man, we cannot lose sight of this intent, to see Him as He is through the entirety of Scripture. After Enoch, He appeared to Noah, and once again, walks with man. In His appearance and revelation to Noah, we have the extensive instruction to Noah concerning the judgment to come; and of course, building the ark. The man, Noah, is first mentioned in Genesis 5:29, he is mentioned 4 times in Chapter 5.

And he called his name Noah, saying, This same shall comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the LORD hath cursed. (Genesis 5:29)

And Lamech lived after he begat Noah five hundred ninety and five years, and begat sons and daughters: (Genesis 5:30)

And Noah was five hundred years old: and Noah begat Shem, Ham, and Japheth. (Genesis 5:31)

Genesis Chapters 6, 7, 8 and 9 are all related to Noah, and of course, those who dwelt upon the earth. To aid in understanding Noah read Psalm 24, The earth is the LORD’S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein; the thoughts and rebellious actions of the earth dwellers before the flood against God can be realized by reading Psalm 2, Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? Once again, we have the imagination of man dictating his life and his lifestyle in opposition to the Almighty God. The documentation of the life of Noah ends in verse 29 of Chapter 9, however, there are more references to Noah through the Old and New Testaments. Noah is such an important figure that the Lord Jesus Himself connects the times of Noah to the days of the coming of the Son of man with great power and glory. Consider the following references (from the lips of the Judge to come) of the sureness of approaching judgment upon the earth when God will judge the earth as a refiner with fire.

But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. (Matthew 24:36)

But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. (Matthew 24:37)

For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, (Matthew 24:38)

And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. (Matthew 24:39)

In Matthew’s gospel the Lord Jesus revealed the attitude of the heart of man prior to the flood. They were so taken up with their sin and wickedness that even though Noah was preaching judgment they were blind to the looming clouds, and deaf to the words that God had given Noah. Noah is one of the most important figures in the Old Testament. In the first genealogy given concerning God’s seed, Noah has the longest record, that in itself should cause us to examine his life, and the circumstances surrounding his life in this day when this preacher of righteousness was preaching judgment to the world. In the New Testament in Matthew 24, the Lord Jesus used Noah as a figure of judgment yet to come. Christ described the people of the world in the age of Noah, and it describes exactly what surrounds us in our current age. For the heart of man has turned against God, and like Cain, man tries to appease God with his own works. In the Old Testament we have Noah connected to the first mention of grace. I have referred to this before; and Noah found grace in the sight of the Lord.

Side Note: First and Last Mention of Grace in the New Testament

In the New Testament, we have the first mention of grace upon the Lord Jesus Christ, and the grace of God was upon him. The last mention of grace in the New Testament, we have the grace of God, and the possessor of that grace, the Lord Jesus Christ. Both the first and the last mention of grace is in connection to the Lord Jesus Christ, the complete grace of God. For grace and truth came by Jesus Christ, and of His fullness have all we received, and grace for grace.

And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him. (Luke 2:40)

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you all. Amen. (Revelation 2:40) ♦ End of Side Note.

Noah in the day of evil (the day of darkness) found grace in the eyes of the Lord, Chapter 6, verse 8. As Enoch walked with God, so too Noah journeyed through life with the Lord at his side. Although Enoch and Noah had two different ministries, they both preached the judgment of God. Enoch’s message informed the world that the Lord would be coming with ten thousand of his saints. So, today, we preach Enoch’s message, we are awaiting the translation of the saints, but in that pending translation judgment is looming over the world, and the Lord will be coming with ten thousands of His saints. The first prophecy given by Enoch in the Old Testament is one of the last prophecies fulfilled in the Book of the Revelation of the Lord Jesus Christ concerning the Lord of glory and His kingdom.

Noah preached righteousness, and continued to warn the world that God’s judgment was coming. Noah’s preaching was an ever present reality to him. He believed God, and like Abraham it was counted unto him for righteousness; therefore, God calls Noah, a preacher of righteousness. Noah knew the presence of the Lord for he walked with the Lord, the One who is the image of the invisible God. Noah not only was a preacher of righteousness, but he had the responsibility to prepare the ark before the flood, this was a long laborious act, and in like manner, as we get discouraged because of our frailties, Noah must have felt similar emotions, but he had the image of God before Him in the face of Jesus Christ. Preparing for the flood was a massive undertaking as the earth dwellers continued to reject the words of the judgment to come, but Noah kept preaching. Not only did he continue to preach judgment, but in his actions in building the ark, he was preparing to preserve life.

For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:(1 Peter 3:18)

By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison;(1 Peter 3:19)

Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water. (1 Peter 3:20)

And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; (2 Peter 2:5)

The SuperMan and Noah on the Other Side

As Noah walked with God he was the depositary of divine revelation. Yes, like Moses, Noah received from the Lord (in the presence of the Lord) face to face. Can you walk with a man for hundreds of years and not look into his face? These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God. (Genesis 6:9) The first thing that we see is that Noah met the qualifications of the Lord, for Noah was a just man, and perfect in his generations. And in these qualifications, God was pleased with Noah, and Noah found grace in God’s sight, and the Lord walked with him. We not only have the appearance of the supernatural man to Noah before the flood, but the walk continued on to the other side of the flood. God, once again, appears to Noah after the flood. And God spake unto Noah, saying. (Genesis 8:15) From this point we have extensive communication between Noah and God from Chapter 8:15 to 9:17. (Read this section to understand the wonder of what the Lord revealed to Noah: that He would no longer judge the earth with a flood. He would give a sign in the heavens to confirm His covenant with Noah and with the earth). Noah continued his walk with God, and God continued to give Noah revelation. After Genesis 9:17 God turns our attention to the men of the world, the earth dwellers.

The Lord Came Down

In Genesis 11:5, we have the phrase, ‘the Lord came down.’ This phrase is only found 4 times in the Bible, and this phrase is only revealed to one man, Moses. The first mention is in Genesis 11:5, the second mention is in Exodus 19:20, the third is recorded in Numbers 11:25, and the last and fourth mention is in Numbers 12:5.

And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded. (Genesis 11:5)

And the LORD came down upon mount Sinai, on the top of the mount: and the LORD called Moses [up] to the top of the mount; and Moses went up. (Exodus 19:20)

And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that [was] upon him, and gave [it] unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, [that], when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease. (Numbers 11:25)

And the LORD came down in the pillar of the cloud, and stood [in] the door of the tabernacle, and called Aaron and Miriam: and they both came forth. (Numbers 12:5)

In Genesis 11:5: the Lord came down to see. What did He behold? He saw the vain imaginations of man in building a tower to reach the stars. This was the description of the whole world, a world unified not only in language, but ideologically consolidated with the same goals and intent of their evil hearts driven by their wild imaginations.

Although Noah was a righteous man, all who came through the flood were not righteous. There is not one mention of grace or faith in relationship to the seven who came through the flood with Noah. There is no mention of continued sacrifice among the sons of Noah. We find in Chapter 11, however, the return of the same evil imaginations of mankind that existed prior to the flood.

And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. (Genesis 6:5)

Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. (Romans 1:21)

The Lord Will Come Down

This is the wonder of the word of God. Throughout the Scriptures the Spirit of God connects the dots for us from Old to New, from Noah to our present age that we should see that man has not changed, and the visible witness is all around us. In the realm of entertainment, the imagination of man has gone beyond any conceivable limitations. In fact, man today, boasts on having a limitless evil imagination, how accurate is the witness of the word of God, and the revealing of that word by the Spirit of God. But this is not our only witness, for the supernatural Man has given us a gift of the Spirit of God within us. So that by the Spirit of Christ, we can see and understand the visible witness of the world around us. Truly, we live in the day of the evil imaginations of man world wide. His imagination is traveling so fast that he has run off the tracks. We are speeding closer, ever so closer to the end of this span of history that we term Church history. The Lord Jesus told us that after the Church is gone into glory, the world will see judgment as lightning coming out of the East for the supernatural Man will come down once more. He will come down in great glory to subdue the earth. He will come down and fulfill the prophecy of Isaiah 63.

Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save. (Isaiah 63:1)

Wherefore art thou red in thine apparel, and thy garments like him that treadeth in the winefat?(Isaiah 63:2)

I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the people there was none with me: for I will tread them in mine anger, and trample them in my fury; and their blood shall be sprinkled upon my garments, and I will stain all my raiment. (Isaiah 63:3)

For the day of vengeance is in mine heart, and the year of my redeemed is come. (Isaiah 63:4)

And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my fury, it upheld me. (Isaiah 63:5)

And I will tread down the people in mine anger, and make them drunk in my fury, and I will bring down their strength to the earth. (Isaiah 63:6) (Read this Chapter in it’s entirety)

The redeemed of the Lord accept this prophecy as fact; that God will fulfill this prophecy concerning our supernatural Man, the Lord Jesus Christ. The word of God, and the Spirit of God does not leave us lingering in the Old Testament. He excels us with lightning speed to the Book of the Revelation in the New Testament. There we see the fulfillment once again of Isaiah 63.

And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. (Revelation 19:11)

His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. (Revelation 19:12)

And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. (Revelation 19:13)

And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. (Revelation 19:14)

And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. (Revelation 19:15)

And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. (Revelation 19:16)

We await our superMan, we can almost hear His footsteps at the door concerning His judgment, although we are waiting our own translation into glory, we see the hand of God as He reveals to us the mind and actions of man in direct conflict with each other in our present age. In verse 10 of Revelation, Chapter 19, we have the last few words for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. Do you not see the revealed Man in Jesus Christ, the Spirit of Christ is the spirit of all revealed prophecy. Just because a prophecy is not completed does not mean that it will not be fulfilled. Through the guidance of the Spirit of God, and the work of faith of the Lord Jesus Christ in the heart, like Noah, we understand and see with the eyes of faith the fulfillment of these prophecies of the soon pending judgment upon man and upon the earth. And as Noah, we also are preparing our own hearts, our own souls, our own spirits to enter into the ark which the Lord Jesus is preparing for us in heaven above.

Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.(John 14:1)

In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. (John 14:2)

And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. (John 14:3)

The SuperMan Comes Down Once Again

In Revelation 19, we have no doubt that, the One on the white horse is the Lord Jesus Christ, our Supernatural Man, our SuperMan; once again, He is coming down to earth out of heaven. This will be the last display of this Supernatural Man with great power and glory when He brings judgment to the earth. After the judgment, He will set up His millennial kingdom, and He will reign on earth for a thousand years. This is the tragedy, after the thousand-year reign of peace over all the earth with the earth being in relation to the garden of God, the nations of the world (under the instigation of Satan) rise up again against our SuperMan. Since the Lord Jesus is reigning on earth, He will judge the earth from the earth. This is the last judgment, and from this judgment we are introduced to the Great White Throne and the eternal fires of the lake that will burn for all eternity, and the torment that is contained within. This Supernatural Man after this last judgement will consume the earth by fire. The elements shall melt and the heavens shall be changed, and this Supernatural Man will create a new heaven, and a new earth wherein righteousness will dwell for ever more. This SuperMan, our supernatural Man will dwell among His people for all eternity in the new sphere of the new heaven and the new earth.

In the new heaven and the new earth there will be a connection of the heavenly people, and the earthly people. We are not allowed to see the particulars, but we are allowed to understand that as we are created anew in Jesus Christ, He is going to prepare us for a new heaven and a new earth, and He will dwell with us. This is the SuperMan who is alive forever more. He is the same Jesus who came down to confound the language in Genesis 11:5.

As the revealer of secrets, He revealed Himself to Abel, and to the descendants of Seth in Enos, when men began to call on the name of the Lord. To the 7th from Adam, Enoch received revelation from the Almighty God as he walked with the revealed Man, Jesus Christ. We also see in the walk of Noah, the continued revelation of God in giving the instructions of the ark, in giving the words and the messages by His Spirit to a preacher of righteousness. Noah expounded those words of judgment and righteousness to a world waiting for the judgment of God, and that message is very similar for the earth dwellers of our age.

The world of evil repeatedly uses the word ‘love’ without any definition or understanding of the depth of the word. They declare, ‘Love, love, love, love,’ when in their hearts it is, ‘Hate, hate, hate, hate’. There is only one love, and that is the love of God. Without this love, one cannot understand love. It was the deepest love that took Christ to the cross. It was the greatest love that God the Father endured the death of His Son. It was the ultimate love when the God-Man laid down His life for His friends.

In the spirit of man today, man is lifting up man, he is praising man, he is worshiping man, he is adoring man in every sphere and realm of world’s society. He worships himself and not the God of heaven. When we reach back and grab hold of the days of Noah before the flood the heart of mankind is exposed in truth. The world was preaching their brand of love (without understanding)— love (without value) — love (without faithfulness) — love (without knowledge) — love (without stability, ever changing), and love (without God) because they knew not God.

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. (2 Timothy 3:1)

For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, (2 Timothy 3:2)

Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, (2 Timothy 3:3)

Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; (2 Timothy 3:4)

Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. (2 Timothy 3:5)

For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. (2 Corinthians 11:13)

And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.(2 Corinthians 11:14)

Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. (2 Corinthians 11:15)

Not only the world needs to face the reality of God and His word, but the world wide professing church needs to take a reality check of their own minds, their hearts, and their spirits. They have convinced themselves that merely the fact that there was a Jesus Christ, that they have the salvation of God. In fact, man today would make this statement, Surely God wouldn’t judge me, I help my neighbors, I give to my church, I provide food for the poor, I give to missionaries, I do all these wonderful works, surely, God will not judge me. One thing, however, the majority of this world lacks, they lack love, love for God, Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. The man of the earth has become more important than the Man in heaven. All these things (of good works) sound good to the itching ears, and appear sufficient to blind eyes, but not according to the Lord Jesus Christ. And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself. (Luke 10:27)

Noah preached judgment to the evil that abounded in every dark corner. Darkness was over the sea of humanity; only one man, not his sons, nor the wives of his sons, nor the wife of Noah, only one man had the message of righteousness, and that was Noah. (Unlike today, Noah did not hang a sign outside the ark saying, All are welcomed.) Why would such a man stand against all the evil around him? We find the answer in Hebrews, Chapter 11:7, By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

In Hebrews 11:6, Noah walked by faith. In Genesis 6, Noah walked with God, isn’t this the process throughout the history of man; if one is going to walk with God they must have faith in God and believe that He is. But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. This man Noah walked by faith, and not by sight, for if he had trusted his eyes with all the evil around him, and allowed his eyes to dictate his being, he would not have been a preacher of righteousness. It was with the eyes of faith that Noah overcame the world and was delivered to the other side of the flood. His walk was with God, and close to God. The world around him was preaching love, how do I know this? The Lord Jesus said that they were marrying and giving in marriage. Genesis tells us that they were taking the daughters of men, they were loving every one, and every thing, except God. This would bring them to their own destruction. You cannot clone the love of God with another love. You cannot take man with man, or woman with woman, or beast with man and call it love. This in no way is the love of God. It is an unnatural sphere of the evil hearts of man. What we see today is the outward declaration of the inward hatred for God. When whole nations cast off God then their evil perversions run wild, and this perversion of love takes hold of their hearts and souls.

Run — Hide: The Supernatural Man is Coming

We are on the border line of the tribulation period. In that period of seven years, Satan will enter into the very heart and soul of man and nations. The message to the world is the same as it was to Adam and Eve, in that day that you partake of the fruit of the tree of good and evil, thou shalt surely die. When the stars fall from heaven (as described in Revelation, Chapter 6:12-17) the representatives of the entire population of the earth will attempt to hide themselves from the wrath of the Lamb.

And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; (Revelation 6:12)

And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. (Revelation 6:13)

And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. (Revelation 6:14)

And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; (Revelation 6:15)

And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: (Revelation 6:16)

For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand? (Revelation 6:17)

The Supernatural Man will come down to destroy the towers of Babylon in Babylon the great. Man still wants to reach the stars just as they tried in Genesis 11. Well, the Lord is going to answer their desires, He is going to bring the stars to them in the greatest calamity that the world has ever experienced. For the very foundation of the earth will shake. Man has become so perverted in thought that he wants to travel through space to other planets to colonize humans in atmospheres and conditions that are extremely inhospitable to human life. In the windmill mind of science, the solution to earth’s global warming or to global cooling (which ever it may be at the financial troughs) mankind can finally find peace and joy living on one of two planets (other than Earth) the freezing planet of Mars, or the hellish planet of Venus. How foolish the thoughts of man and science (falsely so called). These men of philosophy and science hunger to lead others into a world of madness and darkness; why? because they are the servants of darkness.

Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; (2 Corinthians 10:5)

Now for a recompence in the same, (I speak as unto my children,) be ye also enlarged.(2 Corinthians 6:13)

Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? (2 Corinthians 6:14)

And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? (2 Corinthians 6:15)

And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. (2 Corinthians 6:16)
