The past, the present, and the future all laid out by God for us in perfect order. In Psalm 22 we have history and time woven together. In Psalm 23 we have the blessings of our present age. The name that you will bear in heaven will be the reflection of what you were for Him on earth; how you magnified the Lord in your life, how you followed after Christ, and carried the burden of the cross.

Before the Lord Jesus was born He was the supernatural Man, and He would spend His whole earthly life, and death in that supernatural state. In His manifestation the supernatural became His own creation, and subjected Himself to that very creation.
There is no principality or power that God cannot move according to His own will. God’s government is continuous, it is a wheel within a wheel as it moves throughout time and history. It is God’s government that determines all the governments of men.

In our study of this supernatural Man, we see God presenting us with the Person of Jesus Christ in both the Old and New Testaments. We see the image of God, who is Jesus Christ, the same yesterday, through the history of man, before the world was, and today, and forever. The Spirit of God is not merely revealing to us a man, He is revealing to us A Supernatural Man. We are speaking of The God of glory. And the face of that glory is in Jesus Christ.
