The King James Bible

LAMED. For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven. (Psalm 119:89)

So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. (Isaiah 55:11)

For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. (Matthew 5:18)

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: (2 Timothy 3:16) That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. (2 Timothy 3:17)

Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. (2 Peter 1:20)

Does God Have the Power to Keep and Preserve His Word?

Many liberal Bible scholars of today take great pleasure in deceiving the multitudes. They do this with their inaccurate translations of the Word of God, and carry it to the extreme in the multitude of inaccurate bogusly written translations from the warped minds of men who claim to be of God. Their translations are given of man, by man, and for man’s profit, and not for the spiritual welfare of the children of God through the Holy Spirit of God. Today we live in, without a doubt, the fulfillment of 2 Corinthians Chapter 11, verses 13 thru 15. For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. (2 Corinthians 11:13) And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. (2 Corinthians 11:14) Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. (2 Corinthians 11:15)

These men deny the verses that we referenced in the beginning of this article. All these verses show the complete control of God’s will by God Himself, whether it is in heaven, or on the earth, or throughout time: there is one path for the Word of God and there is no variance or shadow of turning. The ministers of Satan display themselves week after week, Sunday after Sunday, as ministers of righteousness. They do NOT possess the righteousness of God, however, they control almost every pulpit in the world, for they are under the control of Satan and his fraternity of denominationalism. They have ravaged the Church of almost all true believers, in fact, true believers are not wanted. These ravagers have formed a system to control their donors; therefore, since these donors are favored, they have a great influence in the fallen spirit of mankind. To promote this, the ministers of Satan try to darken the truth, and one of their chief ploys is to bring doubt and not reality to faith. The faith of the Lord Jesus Christ is a tangible article of truth that is given by Christ Himself to every true believer. It is not MY faith, but the faith of the Son of God who loved me and gave Himself for me. (Galatians 2:20)

The Pledge of an Open Door

During the time of the manifestation of the Lord Jesus Christ on earth, He used the eternal Word of God to rebuke the evil of the religious leaders of that age. (Read the gospel of Matthew Chapter 23 especially verse 23). Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier [matters] of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone. Later from His heavenly position, He rebuked the first five churches in the book of the Revelation, but the sixth church (Philadelphia) received His pledge of an open door that no man could shut. He gave us this pledge in Revelation Chapter 3, verses 7 thru 13.

And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth; (Revelation 3:7)

I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name. (Revelation 3:8)

Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. (Revelation 3:9)

Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. (Revelation 3:10)

Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown. (Revelation 3:11)

Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name. (Revelation 3:12)

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches (Revelation 3:13)

The seventh church received the final rebuke from the Lord. It is only the church at Philadelphia that we find this combination of words: I have loved thee.

Side Note: Love: The word ‘love’ is only mentioned twice in the book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ. (Revelation 2:4) (Revelation 3:19) Both of these references are under a stern rebuke from the Lord. The word ‘loved’ is mentioned three times: each mention is related to the love of Christ and to the overcomer.

And from Jesus Christ, [who is] the faithful witness, [and] the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, (Revelation 1:5)

Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. (Revelation 3:9)

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. (Revelation 12:11)

These are three important phrases: Unto him that loved us, I have loved thee, and they loved not their lives unto the death. In Revelation 12:11 we have the conclusion of the overcomer. The overcomer has been washed in the blood of the Lamb. It is the overcomer who has kept the word of their testimony. Remember the death of Antipas who was God’s faithful martyr, for Antipas loved the Lord Jesus more than life itself as well as those who cry from under the altar, How long in Revelation 6:9 and 10. And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: (Revelation 6:9) And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? (Revelation 6:10) This is the bottom line: they were slain for the Word of God. They would not move from the truth, and they held this testimony against the world that hated them. They held the truth unto death. They were the cast offs of the world, and man’s religion. And they signed their fate with their own blood, and they all overcame by the blood of the Lamb in Revelation 2:10. Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life. Be thou faithful unto death, and the Lord will give the overcomer a crown of life, yes, pilgrim, let this sink deep into your hearts, into your spirits, and into your souls. Above all listen to the voice of the Lord, and the guidance from the Holy Spirit from the Word of God which is one Word, and one path.

Notice the voice here is the Son of God. He is the speaker, and the writer of all Scripture. He is the One who puts His Word in the mouth of the prophets. He is the One who has declared Himself to be the door of the sheep, and He is the door of salvation. Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. (John 10:7) I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. (John 10:9) What is unique about these verses is that it is the voice of the Son of God. In Revelation it is the Son who reveals to John His own revelation that He has received from God the Father. In the gospel of John, once again, it is John who receives from God the Holy Spirit the door of salvation which is Jesus Christ. We should also understand that both the beginning of the book of Revelation, and the beginning of the gospel of John shows us that the sole authority over the Word of God is the Lord Jesus Christ. In the gospel of John it is In the beginning was the Word, (John 1:1a) This is the Living Word of God, and the Living Word of God was WITH God in the fullness of the Godhead bodily: and the Word was with God, and the Word was God (John 1:1b) The Living Word, the Lord Jesus Christ, was GOD in eternity long before the creation of the world, and the Holy Spirit repeats in John 1:2, that this same Living Word was in the beginning. The same was in the beginning with God.

In the book of Revelation we have the Lord Jesus revealing to John, and to His servants, His own revelation which God gave unto Him. This is from the One who manifested God on earth, and is the outward display of the brightness of God’s glory, and the express image of His Person. In His manifestation, He manifested the FULLNESS of the Godhead bodily. In His authority as the Living Word of God, He spoke through His angels to the church of Philadelphia declaring that He was giving to them an open door that no man can shut. So what is God’s open door? Grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. (John 1:17) Christ is the Living Word of God as proclaimed in the first Chapter of the gospel of John, and the Living Word has the righteousness of grace and truth. You cannot separate grace and truth from the Living Word of God just as you cannot separate the glorified Man in heaven from His divine throne. The Living Word of God is alive and well at the right hand of the majesty on high. He is upholding all things both seen and unseen by the Word of His power. Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; (Hebrews 1:3)

The Pure Living Word of Christ Keeps the Pure Written Word of God

—Through the Course of Biblical History —

This supernatural Man in heaven cannot be denied as the Living Word of God. It would be foolishness on man’s part if man believed that God could not MAINTAIN and KEEP the purity of His own Word when in fact, the Living Word spoke the worlds into existence. The One who named the stars has a record of divine power and authority over His own creation which includes the written Word of God. The ones who deny the existence of the true Word of God led by the Spirit of God, and given by the Living Word of God, also will deny things contained IN the Word of God. They deny the POWER of both the Living Word and the written Word. I believe that many of the minsters of Satan have been blinded by Satan, and in their hearts they believe that there is NO power in the written Word of God. To them, the Word of God is like the newspaper — FAKE NEWS or LYING NEWS. But this did not begin in our age. It began with the temptation of the two, Adam and Eve, at the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. From the beginning Satan has denied God’s truth and God’s Word. What was the first thing that man denied? It was the true Word of God. God had said, Ye shall surely die. Instead man listened to the Deceiver, Satan himself. For it is no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. This tells us that Satan has the power to transform himself into many images, and his message from the beginning was “ye shall be as gods.” Genesis 3:5 records this, For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. Now Satan expands his lie. He first attacked the Word of God, then he attacked God Himself. Man (in his simple mind) was thinking, ‘Oh, I can be equal to my Creator,’ and mankind has carried this thought throughout history. Although fallen, with the sentence of death upon him, and removed from the presence of God (driven out of the garden) mankind has not forgotten his one desire is still to be as gods. You see this in the world of politics world wide. Shamefully, and more deplorably, you see this in church after church directed by Satan’s ministers. For they still believe the lie of Satan ye shall be as gods. They rule over God’s heritage which the Bible warns against. They hide the truth, not only from the world, but from the churches that they minister over. They substitute the truth of God for the lies of Satan. They remove the power of salvation and eternal life in the Lord Jesus and substitute it with contrived artificial salvation based on the mind and not the heart. Remember that the seat of enmity in mankind is the heart. It is the diabolical witness that is found IN man himself, and because of his evil heart, mankind can be easily twisted by Satan himself. Satan desires that the world would be filled with religious insanity. The art of deception has brought about the religious insanity all around us. Again I say that this is not new: from Adam to Cain, they denied the Word of God.

And Cain said unto the LORD, My punishment is greater than I can bear. (Genesis 4:13) Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me. (Genesis 4:14)

The very fact that Cain realized his own punishment tells us that through the revelation of God there were judicially set parameters for mankind, and Cain KNEW that he had broken those boundaries; yet, Cain denied the Word of God by not confessing his heart as a murderer. God’s mercy was shown to Cain in allowing him to wander the earth even in light of stern judgment of death, however, there was NO repentance found in Cain, and Cain spawned an evil line upon the earth.

Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus? (Romans 9:20) Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour? (Romans 9:21) What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction: (Romans 9:22)

God in His grace had further plans according to His plans after the murder of His servant Abel, who walked by faith and displayed the righteousness of God. God raised up another seed called Seth. In Genesis 4:26 we find a little phrase that is very important to the divine line of the seed which would come in the fullness of time.

And Adam knew his wife again; and she bare a son, and called his name Seth: For God, said she, hath appointed me another seed instead of Abel, whom Cain slew. (Genesis 4:26) And to Seth, to him also there was born a son; and he called his name Enos: then began men to call upon the name of the LORD. (Genesis 4:27) This was according to the seed of promise by faith to restore the line or seed of faith that had ended with the death of Abel.

They, the children of God by faith, began to call on the name of the LORD. But how shall they call on His name? It is quite evident according to the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ that they did this through divine revelation. Yes, God revealed Himself to the line of Seth. This line had been given of God so that God would have a testimony on earth. Cain was not going to testify for God, he was still reeling in his rebellion against God’s judgment upon him; he was in total opposition to ALL that was of God. Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother’s righteous. (1st John 3:12) God gave the line of Seth revelation! As He had given Abel and Cain revelation, now God instructed the line of Seth, and thus, they now called on the name of the LORD. They KNEW Him, and His creatorial power. Although God was a God of grace and mercy, He was also a God of judgment as we see in the prophecy of Enoch. And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, (Jude 14) To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their har speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. (Jude 15)

The line of Seth began to call on the name of the LORD according to God’s instructive Word as Abel offered a sacrifice to God with the blood and body of his victims, so too, they (Adam, Eve, Cain, Abel and Seth) were instructed in a blood sacrifice. This can be confirmed by a man who was pure in his generations, this was Noah who was a preacher of righteousness.

But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. (Genesis 6:8) These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God. (Genesis 6:9)

And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; (2 Peter 2:5)

We see grace to the preacher of righteousness, however, his message was a message of judgment to the ungodly. God had instructed him and given him revelation for he breathed the Word of God as a prophet and as a preacher of righteousness. We also see Noah being instructed by God and God’s Word in Genesis 7:5. And Noah did according unto all that the LORD commanded him. Noah performed his service to the fullness of God’s command. Noah did according to ALL that the LORD commanded him, and after the flood, Noah again fulfilled the commands of God by offering sacrifices.

And Noah builded an altar unto the LORD; and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar. (Genesis 8:20) And the LORD smelled a sweet savour; and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man’s sake; for the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done. (Genesis 8:21)

Through Noah God revealed to us the existence of the burnt offering which was originally given in the garden when the Lord Jesus offered the two lambs for their (Adam and Eve) transgression, and as a symbol of His OWN offering and sacrifice of Himself on the cross of Calvary. Further, as Abraham declared, God HIMSELF would be the sacrifice. And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together. (Genesis 22:8) Through Noah God revealed the same in the burnt offering of Genesis 8:20. Noah understood exactly what he was doing in his offering when he offered the burnt offering, which all his forefathers were instructed in from Seth to Noah, by the Word of God.

This also brings us to the fullness of time. For in the shadows of the burnt offering, the True Burnt Offering would be the Lord Jesus Christ. The proof of this can be found in Ephesians 5:2. And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour. There are two things that we need to see: in Noah’s sacrifice the offering was a burnt offering, and it was also a sweet savor unto God. In Ephesians 5:2 we see the sweet savor was the offering of Christ Himself (compare Leviticus Chapter 1 especially verse 17) and this sweet savor ascended up to God.

Genesis Chapter 9, Ephesians Chapter 5, and Leviticus Chapter 1 are closely related as one is the foreshadow of the other. In Ephesian 5 we have the fulfillment of ALL righteousness which Noah preached before the flood. By the sacrifice of HIMSELF, the Son of God, confirmed ALL the Old Testament sacrifices that they were shadows of Himself which He fulfilled on Calvary’s cross. Over and over, in the book of Hebrews, God proclaims His Son’s sacrifice and the worth of that sacrifice, and the value of the blood of that sacrifice. Although there are many verses to confirm this, I give you only two that sums up the Lord’s sacrifice.

How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? (Hebrews 9:14) And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance. (Hebrews 9:15)

We have established that Jesus Christ, the Living Word of God, was the sacrifice for man’s transgression, that He bore the sin of the whole world upon Himself, and nailed it to His cross. God has not left mankind without the true witness of God. And we should repeat our reference to Enoch: And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him. (Genesis 5:24) In the book of Jude we discover that Enoch was a prophet called of God. And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, (Jude 14) As a prophet he was responsible for the Word of God put in his mouth by God. Enoch fulfilled his responsibility by delivering God’s message of judgment yet to come. God the Holy Spirit reveals this and confirms this in the book of Jude. Remember that Jude is the last book before the book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ. To me, it is a prelude of things to come in the book of Revelation. It sets a spiritual mood in the believer’s heart before entering into the book of Revelation, and the divine judgments to come. Jude also mentions that Enoch is the seventh from Adam. The number seven speaks of God’s rest, the fact that God took Enoch (who was the seventh from Adam) reveals to us that Enoch entered into God’s rest as a minister or prophet of righteousness. Read Jude 14 and 15, then read verses 16 thru 19. There is a division there that you should be aware of.

And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, (Jude 14) To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. (Jude 15)

These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men’s persons in admiration because of advantage. (Jude 16) But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; (Jude 17) How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. (Jude 18) These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit. (Jude 19)

The Holy Spirit begins with Enoch, confirms that he was the seventh from Adam, and a prophet, and that he spoke for the Lord, then Enoch describes the judgment to come. This was not the flood. This is why the Holy Spirit waited until the book of Jude (before the book of Revelation commences) to confirm that the prophecy of Enoch was a FUTURE judgment that was yet to take place during the tribulation period as described in the book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ.

The second part (verses 16 – 19) describes the character and witness of the transgressors in that they boldly speak out against the Almighty God while walking in their lust and ungodliness. Jude also reaffirms the words of Enoch by comparing them to the words of the apostles of the Lord Jesus Christ, again, this confirms the future judgment during the coming tribulation period. For truly, the apostles would not be predicting the flood in their day, for it is past. Therefore, Enoch, as a prophet of God was given a tremendous revelation prior to the end times and NOT the judgment which came in those days by the flood. We know this by the Word of God. The authenticity of the Word of God is hovered over by the Spirit of God, and He delivers it to those who have the Spirit of Christ, consequently they know the truth for the Spirit of Christ dwelleth in them.

Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. (1 Corinthians 2:12)

Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. (1 Corinthians 2:13)

But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. (1 Corinthians 2:14)

But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. (1 Corinthians 2:15)

For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ. (1 Corinthians 2:16)

Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; (1 Corinthians 3:12)

Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is. (1 Corinthians 3:13)

If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. (1 Corinthians 3:14)

If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. (1 Corinthians 3:15)

Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? (1 Corinthians 3:16)

The indwelling of the Spirit of God leads the born-again child of God into all truth. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. (John 16:13) He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you. (John 16:14) All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you. (John 16:15)

In 1st Corinthians we see the natural man (that is the man in Adam) has not the Spirit of Christ. The natural man is void of spiritual understanding. He cannot comprehend the things of Scripture, and this is why, when the natural man takes the Bible into his hands there are all kinds of confusion and perversion of the Word of God, for he has not the Spirit of Christ. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. (Romans 8:9) This is not new for we see this through the Old Testament and throughout the New Testament, consequently, we see this drawing to its conclusion in our age because tremendous amount of error has filled up its cup; however, God still puts His Word in the mouth of His true servants. Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth. (Jeremiah 1:9) God called Jeremiah in the day of ruin.

But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost. (Mark 13:11) The Holy Spirit gives us these words of confirmation for our day that He is able to put words into our mouths at the appropriate time and place for a witness of the Almighty God.

For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty. (2 Peter 1:16)

For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. (2 Peter 1:17)

And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount. (2 Peter 1:18)

We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: (2 Peter 1:19)

Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. (2 Peter 1:20)

For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. (2 Peter 1:21)

God displayed (through both the Old and New Testaments) that He has the power to open the mouth of His true servants. But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; (Romans 10:8) They in turn (through the power of God) speak the truth no matter what it costs them. They understand that their reward is in the righteousness of God in Jesus Christ.Through the Word of God they are directed and given understanding in the very words of God. This is the Word of God that God Himself gives and approves; however, many of the modernists have given us inaccurate books that are not worthy to be called the Word of God. It is not the mind of man that decides what is of God and what is not, only God can give His Word breathed upon man. In the days of Josiah, the Word of God had been denied by the previous kings and the priesthood of Judah. God the Holy Spirit, however, recovered the Word of God and it was found in the rubble that was once the temple of Solomon. They had moved so far from God and His Word that when it was found, it was described as merely “a book.” However when the pages were read to king Josiah (who was the last godly king) he rent his clothes in shame before the Word of God. From this point he went to war with the evil that was around him, and gave orders to cleanse the temple, to restore it, and to set everything back in order in God’s way and in God’s purpose. It was God the Holy Spirit (in a moment of time while Josiah was listening to the Word of God) that confirmed in his heart that THIS was the Word of God, not just merely ‘a book.’

Then Shaphan the scribe told the king, saying, Hilkiah the priest hath given me a book. And Shaphan read it before the king. (2 Chronicles 34:18)

And it came to pass, when the king had heard the words of the law, that he rent his clothes. (2 Chronicles 34:19)

And the king commanded Hilkiah, and Ahikam the son of Shaphan, and Abdon the son of Micah, and Shaphan the scribe, and Asaiah a servant of the king’s, saying, (2 Chronicles 34:20)

Go, enquire of the LORD for me, and for them that are left in Israel and in Judah, concerning the words of the book that is found: for great is the wrath of the LORD that is poured out upon us, because our fathers have not kept the word of the LORD, to do after all that is written in this book. (2 Chronicles 34:21)

This was a great unveiling of the Word of God to king Josiah. The Holy Spirit confirmed this in his heart that he rent his clothes. He never asked if this was the original manuscript or the original scroll. Why? Because the Spirit of God CONFIRMED, in the very foundation of the soul of Josiah, that the words of this book were undeniably the true words of God. Throughout Josiah’s life, he honored the Word of God, so much so that God testified of this king, as showing him to be one of the greatest kings that Judah ever had.

He trusted in the LORD God of Israel; so that after him was none like him among all the kings of Judah, nor any that were before him. (2 Kings 18:5)

And like unto him was there no king before him, that turned to the LORD with all his heart, and with all his soul, and with all his might, according to all the law of Moses; neither after him arose there any like him. (2 Kings 23:25)

The testimony of king Josiah is remarkable. He came to the throne in the day of ruin and spiritual collapse. The spiritual decay began with king Solomon. It was Solomon who gave his heart to the temples of the pagan gods that Solomon himself had built on the mount of corruption which overlooked Jerusalem. He, in his old age, denied the Word of God.

In the days of Josiah even the temple of Solomon was in decay even though the Bible does not say this about the mount of corruption. It was king Solomon (the son of David) who was given the gift of wisdom from God who started this tremendous spiritual decay. Even the nation of Israel suffered because of Solomon’s sin for it was under the abysmal leadership of Solomon’s son, Rehoboam, that the nation divided. The heart of Solomon had been turned away from God by his many strange wives that he took from the evil nations around him. They corrupted his heart, consequently he built for them many pagan temples for their satanic worship on the mount of corruption that overlooked Jerusalem. All the kings after the division of Israel, and leading up to king Josiah, allowed these pagan temples to exist, these temples were never touched. All the kings that went before king Josiah (after the division of Israel left these pagan temples overlooking Jerusalem) watched the hordes of Israelites going up to worship these pagan gods. The king who came to the throne at the age of eight (Josiah – the boy king) was the one who destroyed Solomon’s mount of corruption.

But king Solomon loved many strange women, together with the daughter of Pharaoh, women of the Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Zidonians, and Hittites; (1 Kings 11:1)

For it came to pass, when Solomon was old, that his wives turned away his heart after other gods: and his heart was not perfect with the LORD his God, as was the heart of David his father. (1 Kings 11:4)

For Solomon went after Ashtoreth the goddess of the Zidonians, and after Milcom the abomination of the Ammonites. (1 Kings 11:5)

And Solomon did evil in the sight of the LORD, and went not fully after the LORD, as did David his father.(1 Kings 11:6)

Then did Solomon build an high place for Chemosh, the abomination of Moab, in the hill that is before Jerusalem, and for Molech, the abomination of the children of Ammon. (1 Kings 11:7)

And likewise did he for all his strange wives, which burnt incense and sacrificed unto their gods. (1 Kings 11:8)

And the LORD was angry with Solomon, because his heart was turned from the LORD God of Israel, which had appeared unto him twice, (1 Kings 11:9)

And had commanded him concerning this thing, that he should not go after other gods: but he kept not that which the LORD commanded. (1 Kings 11:10)

It was after Solomon’s heart had been influenced by his many strange pagan wives that he turned from the Almighty God to service his strange wives, and their heathen gods. This took place approximately 992 B.C. When Josiah came to the throne, the mount of corruption (which Solomon had constructed) was still overlooking Jerusalem and still had many worshipers from the children of Israel. Josiah came to the throne approximately 623 B.C. Since the days of Solomon they had been worshiping on the ungodly mount of corruption. It was approximately 369 years between Solomon and Josiah. And the high places that were before Jerusalem, which were on the right hand of the mount of corruption, which Solomon the king of Israel had builded for Ashtoreth the abomination of the Zidonians, and for Chemosh the abomination of the Moabites, and for Milcom the abomination of the children of Ammon, did the king defile. (2 Kings 23:13) And he brake in pieces the images, and cut down the groves, and filled their places with the bones of men. (2 Kings 23:14)

When we compare our age to the days of Josiah we will see that the religion of mankind and man’s tradition overrules the Word of God. In many cases the ambassadors of Satan, the false ministers, have taken the Word of God out of the hands of the people and sadly, out of their hearts. For their hearts have been turned to believe a lie and not to believe the truth. This also describes the beginning of age of Josiah’s reign. However, the Spirit of God brooded over this king, and over the Word of God, and brought them together in one of the strangest happenings of that age. Think of it: a young man with all the power of the kingdom, and God presented His Word to him, and the Spirit of God moved his heart (soul and spirit) and convicted Josiah that Judah and Israel were under the judgment of God. And only a change of heart of the nation would preserve it. They MUST turn to God and destroy the wickedness that their forefathers had left them. Josiah did not need the authority of the priests. For in the day of ruin ALL had set aside the Word of God. It was the responsibility of the priests to keep the Word of God before the people. It was the responsibility of the priests to maintain the temple. They failed at both. It took the movement of God in a tender heart of a boy king to drive the evil from Judah. Josiah only needed the authority of the Word of God through and by the Spirit of God. This enlightenment of Josiah came by the same Holy Spirit that enlightened the prophets of God in the Old Testament. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. (2 Peter1:21)

The priesthood had turned their backs on the Almighty God and His Word. As in the days of Ahaz, the priests pushed the altar of God aside and built an altar that was fashioned after the altar to a pagan God that was in Damascus, and it was the priests who placed this pagan altar in the court yard of the temple, and offered sacrifices on this altar instead of the altar of God.

And king Ahaz went to Damascus to meet Tiglathpileser king of Assyria, and saw an altar that was at Damascus: and king Ahaz sent to Urijah the priest the fashion of the altar, and the pattern of it, according to all the workmanship thereof. (2 Kings 16:10)

And Urijah the priest built an altar according to all that king Ahaz had sent from Damascus: so Urijah the priest made it against king Ahaz came from Damascus. (2 Kings 16:11)

And when the king was come from Damascus, the king saw the altar: and the king approached to the altar, and offered thereon. (2 Kings 16:12)

And he burnt his burnt offering and his meat offering, and poured his drink offering, and sprinkled the blood of his peace offerings, upon the altar. (2 Kings 16:13)

And he brought also the brasen altar, which was before the LORD, from the forefront of the house, from between the altar and the house of the LORD, and put it on the north side of the altar. (2 Kings 16:14)

And king Ahaz commanded Urijah the priest, saying, Upon the great altar burn the morning burnt offering, and the evening meat offering, and the king’s burnt sacrifice, and his meat offering, with the burnt offering of all the people of the land, and their meat offering, and their drink offerings; and sprinkle upon it all the blood of the burnt offering, and all the blood of the sacrifice: and the brasen altar shall be for me to enquire by. (2 Kings 16:15)

How did the wickedness take the hearts of the children of Israel away from their God? It is the old ploy of the devil to substitute the Word of God and to remove the worship of God from the hearts of many. The tempter and the deceiver are all one; he has had millenniums to perfect his skills. The children of Judah and Jerusalem believed the false priests; therefore, Jehovah was removed from hearts and the priesthood made themselves as gods over Israel. They taught that they themselves and the temple were the first line of spiritual defense, and not the Word of God; however, we know from history that they were dead wrong. It has always been the Word of God that is the first line of defense for the children of God. It is the Word of God that REVEALS the evil heart of mankind, and shows the children of God the character of the evil world in which they dwell. It is the Word of God that the Lord Jesus used to rebuke Satan himself. It was the Word of God confirmed by the Lord Jesus that man needed to hold the Word of God even above his daily bread or food. But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. (Matthew 4:4) Notice the clarity of the words from the Lord Jesus Christ to Satan: it is every word of God, line upon line, precept upon precept, Old and New Testament. It is every word of God for it has been breathed out of the very mouth of God. When the Almighty told Jeremiah that He would put His word into Jeremiah’s mouth that was exactly what God did. Whether you accept this or not, the voice of Jeremiah became the very voice of God, and the pen of Jeremiah became the pen of God. Moved by God Himself through God’s Holy Spirit, Jeremiah (like Moses) took down spiritual dictation in his heart, in his mind, in his soul, and in his spirit. God will NOT be without a witness of His own righteousness. He will put His words in the mouth of His servants: yesterday, today, and tomorrow. The two witnesses in the Revelation of the Lord Jesus Christ are sent by God, and SPEAK His Word condemning the ungodly. And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth. (Revelation 11:3) These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth. (Revelation 11:4) These two witnesses will be empowered by the Holy Spirit of God and will witness BY the Word of God which is settled in heaven, both the Living and the written Word of God. These two witnesses will be the future revelation of God to mankind. They will condemn the world for its wickedness, and prophesy about the judgment of God. Mankind is so proud of his knowledge even those who study the Word of God think that this is the complete revelation and knowledge of God. They are wrong. There are volumes of books written by God in His holy place.

Our Bible contains God’s thoughts and God’s knowledge about Adam and his race. It is Adam and his race that God deals with in our Bible, and mankind needs to understand that beginning from the garden mankind has been under divine scrutiny by the Almighty God. It is not man who dictates his thoughts to God, it is God through His Word that dictates His thoughts to man. Mankind is under a responsibility to obey God’s Word. Not only is the Word of God settled in heaven, (Psalm 119:89) but we have references in our Bibles to other books that were sealed up by God.

The Sealed and Unsealed Books

But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. (Daniel 12:4)

And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. (Daniel 12:9)

Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God. (Revelation 22:9) And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand. (Revelation 22:10)

The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is. (Revelation 17:8)

And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not. (Revelation 10:4)

All these books have been kept away from mankind on this earth. In our modern age, there are books suddenly appearing that have NO scriptural validity. It is Satan’s attempt to confuse the children of God and to take them away from the Word of God. The open door that God has strictly edited so that we may know and live by the truth by the Word of God. It is FAITH that cries out from the KJB to the hearts of mankind. Why is THIS God’s Word? The evidence is overwhelming. We could take years showing the movement of the Spirit through this Bible, and the movement of the Spirit in the men who presented this Word to us from God. There are other books in heaven, the book of life, for one; and others, but these are not presented to mankind at this time.

In the Church Age God has given us ALL the knowledge that we have to have and need in the sixty-six books of the KJB anointed by God. You can have complete confidence that in your hands you have the revealed truth to bring you to God through the Holy Spirit, and instruct you in the knowledge of God, and keep you following God in this life, and to lead you to glory. It is the sweet taste of the Word of God that confirms it to the soul by the FAITH that the Lord Jesus has given to His children. In Matthew Chapter 4, when the Lord Jesus rebuked Satan, there was no question about the authority of the Word of God for the Living Word of God was Jesus Christ and He had complete control over the situation and over Satan. In the statement by Christ concerning the Word of God in Matthew Chapter 4, we have divine assurance of the very power of the Word of God: both Living and written. The tempter could not tempt the Son of God for Christ was the Living Word and used the written Word to rebuke the devil. There was no argument concerning the Hebrew or the Aramaic, or the Greek language, all was final by the Word of God both Living and written. One other point, the Lord and His apostles NEVER brought a spirit of doubt to ONE word of the Holy Scriptures. How times have changed. Just as in the garden, the devil and his group Sunday after Sunday bring the spirit of doubt just as Satan in the garden. Remember that Adam had the knowledge of God. He also had the knowledge of righteousness from God, and the only thing that could change this would be Adam’s disobedience to God. His disobedience took place at a tree of the knowledge of good and evil. This is where man (in Adam) brought sin into the world.

Artificial Intelligence Versus the Knowledge of God

At this tree we have three creatures: Adam, Eve, and Satan. Satan had brought his artificial intelligence with him. Why was it artificial? He brought his own knowledge to replace the knowledge of God. He brought his lie to deny the truth. He told Adam and Eve that God’s Word was not true, yet, Adam was living in a realm of truth with His Creator and under the guidance of the Lord. All of Adam’s knowledge, all his intelligence came from his Creator, Jesus Christ.

Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: (Colossians 1:13)

In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: (Colossians 1:14)

Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: (Colossians 1:15)

For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: (Colossians 1:16)

And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. (Colossians 1:17)

And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. (Colossians 1:18)

For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell; (Colossians 1:19)

Why insert these Scriptures from the book of Colossians? Because of the knowledge of God is IN Jesus Christ. The Spirit of God is revealing to us our Creator as He revealed Himself to Adam. It is CHRIST who is the Creator of all things, and Adam understood when he walked with his Creator that the image that he beheld was the Creator of all things. We also see in this section of Colossians given to the Church (the body of Christ) that He is the Creator of His Church, that He gave Himself for this Church, and He has filled this Church by the wisdom of God by the Spirit of God. He has created every believer, and sent His Spirit INTO every believers heart where by we cry, Abba, Father. He has renewed our spiritual knowledge IN Himself, for the truth is IN Jesus. He has given us His wisdom, and His sanctification through His redemptive work on the cross of Calvary. The blood He shed was the blood of a divine sacrifice for the remission of sin. We have all this knowledge, all this spiritual food, all this wealth in these few verses from Colossians Chapter 1.

God’s First Commandment to Mankind: The Law of Sin and Death

Satan loves to change the story, his specialty is rewriting history. He began at the tree, he came as the tempter, and he offered them (Adam and Eve) his knowledge and intellect. It was Satan the deceiver who offered man the wisdom of evil and sin. They were listening to a creature who had changed himself into a deceptive image, and this image denied the Word of God. Listen to the smooth words of Satan. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: (Genesis 3:4) For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. (Genesis 3:5) Not only did Satan offer the woman something she could not have, but denied the truth of God that they would surely die. He also inserted a temptation that they would be as gods. He also denied the Word of God in Genesis 2:17 that was given by God. And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: (Genesis 2:16) But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. (Genesis 2:17) This was a direct command, and there was no private interpretation, they should abide by the truth or die. The interpretation of the command was understanding the law of sin and death. This is the law of sin and death.

But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. (Genesis 2:17)

Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: (Romans 5:12)

But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. (Romans 7:23)

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. (Romans 8:2)

The law of carnal commandments was not given until Moses, however, the law of sin and death was given BEFORE the fall of Adam. God told Adam that if he trespassed this commandment (Genesis 2:17) that he would surely die. The fall of Adam brought on Satan’s artificial intelligence. It was delivered into the world by Satan’s lies, and Adam’s sin. For at the point of Adam’s disobedience spiritual intelligence from God was cut off at the tree of knowledge of good and evil. This began man’s knowledge of evil and sin. He became an intellectualist in the knowledge of evil; consequently, Adam and his race formed the cult of intellectualism. This is man’s knowledge above the knowledge of God. Professing themselves to be wise they became fools. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, (Romans 1:22) And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; (Romans 1:28)

Mankind (as a whole) refused the knowledge of God, in this, we need to go no further back into scriptural history than Cain. As Abel was instructed in the ways of God, so also Cain received the same instructions; yet, it was Abel who brought the firstling of his flock in obedience to the command of God. It was Cain who brought the works of his own hands in disobedience to the Word of God. When God chastened Cain for his sin, Cain rebelled with a greater sin caused by the enmity in his heart against God and his brother. Cain moved into a realm that brought forth the first murderer of man for in his enmity he killed his brother. Abel was murdered because his works were righteous, and the works of Cain were evil.

It was the cult of intellectualism (through Cain) that built the first city, and then this cult spread throughout the children of man as a Satanic wave of the knowledge of evil until the flood. God looked down and saw the evils of mankind, and how far they had fallen. This shows what mankind is like without the knowledge of God and without the Word of God. For every imagination of their hearts was continually evil. (Genesis 6:5) The artificial intelligence of Satan, the cult of intellectualism had run its course, and God destroyed them all except eight souls because of one man. It was a man named Noah who had the true knowledge of God, who was also a preacher of righteousness, and this man found grace in God’s sight. (Genesis 6:8) Upon finding grace in the sight of the LORD, God not only saved Noah through the flood, but extended His grace to Noah’s wife, to Noah’s children, and to the wives of Noah’s sons. They came under an umbrella of grace because of a preacher of righteousness.

And if you notice there is a big time gap between Noah and Abraham in the book of Hebrews Chapter 11. The reason for this is the descendants of Noah did not display nor possess faith in God. The big gap is proven by Genesis Chapter 10 with the tower of Babel and the tyrant Nimrod. Faith began again with Abraham. It is said of Noah that he walked with God, and God said to Abraham, Walk before me, and be thou perfect. Abraham begins a new era of faith on earth for God chose Abraham out of Ur of Chaldees, the center of Satan’s cult of intellectualism. Noah received grace because of his faith, and his labor upholding the righteousness of God Almighty. Noah received faith from God, and with that faith the true knowledge of God, and he was endowed with the mind of God. The apostle Paul declared that, we have the mind of Christ in 1st Corinthians 2:16. For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ. This gives every believer in the Lord Jesus Christ a desire for true biblical knowledge. The mind of Christ becomes a moral compass to direct our lives according to the will of God and the Word of God. God has given the Spirit of Christ to show forth His righteousness in the believer. It is God according to God’s Word who dwells in us. God has taken us by His Spirit and renewed us in His grace by the sacrifice of His Son on the cross of Calvary. Behold all things have become new. The believer now stands in a relationship with God as a child of the Almighty. He has been put into a unique position as an adopted son through the work of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, on the cross of Calvary. Whether the world wants to admit it or not, as the children of Noah came under the umbrella of Noah’s faith in God, so the Church, the true Church, is a stay on earth to the judgment of God on the ungodly. When the Church is taken up out of this world, God’s full wrath will be felt. The world populace, as in the days of Noah, will find no place to hide from God’s judgment. They will hide themselves in caves, they will hide themselves in the bunkers that they have made not knowing the true reason for them. Yet, even in their bunkers and caves they will not be safe. This is the message out of the revelation times — NEWS FLASH —

And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; (Revelation 6:12)

And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. (Revelation 6:13)

And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.(Revelation 6:14)

And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; (Revelation 6:15)

And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: (Revelation 6:16)

For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand? (Revelation 6:17)

— NEWS FLASH —

— Run Adam Run —

Build your bunkers in the mountains, and God will move those mountains. Build them under the earth, and God will shake the earth, build them in secret places, and God will seek them out with meteors and asteroids. Run Adam run! For the God of judgment is right behind you. Run, Adam run in your sin for no matter how fast you run, the penalty for sin is still DEATH. Deny the Word of God, if you dare, death is still the loudest voice in this ungodly world.

As a jailer once asked, What must I do to be saved? As he looked into the apostle’s eyes, the apostle spoke these words, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.

And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. (Acts 16:25)

And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed. (Acts 16:26)

And the keeper of the prison awaking out of his sleep, and seeing the prison doors open, he drew out his sword, and would have killed himself, supposing that the prisoners had been fled. (Acts 16:27)

But Paul cried with a loud voice, saying, Do thyself no harm: for we are all here. (Acts 16:28)

Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas, (Acts 16:29)

And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? (Acts 16:30)

And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. (Acts 16:31)

And they spake unto him the word of the Lord, and to all that were in his house. (Acts 16:32)

And he took them the same hour of the night, and washed their stripes; and was baptized, he and all his, straightway. (Acts 16:33)

And when he had brought them into his house, he set meat before them, and rejoiced, believing in God with all his house. (Acts 16:34)

And when it was day, the magistrates sent the serjeants, saying, Let those men go. (Acts 16:35)

And the keeper of the prison told this saying to Paul, The magistrates have sent to let you go: now therefore depart, and go in peace. (Acts 16:36)

The bunkers and caves will not save you from God’s judgment, only Christ is the Savior of man. Run, Adam run to Christ. He is the true refuge from all harm, even death itself. For those of us who have been cleansed by the precious blood of the Lord Jesus, those of us who walk by faith and not by sight, we have passed from life to death, and from death to life.

I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. (Galatians 2:20)

But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. (Galatians 6:14)

We have been drawn into the very death of the Lord Jesus Christ, this has put Adam to death, and by that, we are drawn into the new man, the Lord from heaven, and we are drawn into His life. We have become bone of His bone, and flesh of His flesh to live in newness of life. As Paul tells us in 2 Corinthians, Chapter 5, verse 17, Behold all things have become new in Christ Jesus. Therefore if any man [be] in Christ, [he is] a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. In this newness of life we have received the Spirit of Christ in our hearts, He has become the Rock and Refuge of our salvation. We have been joined in spiritual life to the highest Himself. He, as the Redeemer of man, has ascended higher than the heavens. (Hebrews 7:26) He is our Emancipator for He has SET the slaves of sin FREE in Himself. IF the Son shall set you free, ye shall be free indeed. He has promised us the knowledge of God for the truth is in Jesus. He has given us His SURE Word of prophecy, confirming the very authenticity of Scripture. He is the Living Word and upholds all things by the Word of His power.

The Word of God has always been supernatural. It has always survived through all circumstances. It has come through the hatred of man and the fires of earth, and God will NOT let His supernatural Word fall to the ground. Not the smallest portion of God’s Word, even punctuation, will not fall to the ground, not one jot or tittle will fall to the ground. Who said that? Paul, Peter, James, Andrew, or Stephen? No, the LORD Himself reassured us with these words, For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. (Matthew 5:18) Even though, the Lord Jesus was speaking specifically of God’s law, it still encompasses the entirety of God’s Word. And for fortitude we have Psalm 119:89. For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven. The Word of God is more durable than any substance known of man. Even the diamond will melt in God’s judgment, and heaven and earth will pass away, yet, the Word of God will endure forever.

Faith MUST trust Him, and His Word for faith has brought us into the family of God, and into a relationship with the Creator of all things, the Son of His love. God’s Word has been breathed by God. When anyone is saved, it is the Word of God that encompasses and embraces the new born child in Christ Jesus: first, it is the Living Word through the Spirit of Christ, secondly, it is the written Word of God brought forth by the Holy Spirit of God. He confirms His Word in the heart, and He leads the believer in the path of righteousness according to the sure Word of God nailed in a safe place: eternally in heaven.

The Open Door

We cannot go into the lives and the histories of the men who were responsible and used of God to bring forth the King James Bible. It is enough by faith to know that they were used of God in the development and Spirit breathed supernatural Bible. I suggest that you study the lives of these men and understand the leading of God to draw this particular group together, and even when death came calling, God replaced those men with men of equal faith. This is the study of that open door to the Philadelphian Church. It is a point in Church history when men were living in darkness and encompassed with evil. The world was in the throngs of a very dark period called the Dark Ages. And it is a known fact that prior to this door being opened the Word of God was hidden from the masses, even though God used many in the progression of His will, the men who sat around the table in the writing and compiling of the King James Bible were there by God’s hand, and by God’s purpose and will.

For light was brought forth by the illuminating power of the Spirit of God. As children of God, who walk by faith, we look at King James as another Cyrus used of God to bring about God’s will, and to give us the mind of God in the King James Bible. Almost all the men who took part in this monumental undertaking by the Spirit of God suffered loss of some kind. You would think in that time period, and the amount of effort, and the gathering of these intelligent men (by the Spirit of God) that this Bible would be gladly received by the religionists of that time, however, that was not the case. From the very beginning, it has been rejected. But the hand of God would not let it perish. It is God who has kept this Bible through every storm and wind. As the Lord Jesus said to the vicious storm, Peace, be still. So He has declared. He has kept an open door before us that no man can close. In 1st Peter 1:11, we have God reflecting on the prophets of old that they were led of the very Spirit of God to pen their prophetic writings. Should it be any different in our day, when we can declare not by prophecy, but by the very Word of God that we of the household of faith have the Spirit of Christ. Many today do not want the children of God to walk and to live by this profound truth. The abiding Spirit of Christ is the eternal Spirit of God, and He will never leave thee nor forsake thee. We should understand in the path of faith it is God’s path, and not man’s path. We see this through the history of Adam’s race in the Word of God being preserved through millenniums so that God might fulfill the determinate counsels of God. And concerning God’s Word there has only been one path just as there was one path for the true Savior, and His seed, there is only one path for the true Word of God. And as God worked through the former prophets by His Spirit, He has also given His Spirit to the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ: His body. It is the Spirit of God who gives gifts to the Church not man. And each one of these gifts is given supernaturally by God. When man appoints men of reprobate minds they bring into the Church a false spiritualism which creates religion and spreads to denominationalism. The men of the King James Bible were set aside by the Spirit of God and not by man, I believe that King James himself had no choice because the Spirit Himself wrestled with him. And therefore the King put this Spirit led manuscript under the Crown to be FREE to all people and nations.

God has given a book that can be freely possessed, and freely printed. Each and every page has been given to Adam’s fallen race to give them the breath of life and the light of the Spirit of God. When the King James Bible was given, God used it to bring the masses out of the dark ages. It not only became the reservoir of the Word of God, but it was used to educate people who had no access to any other material but the Bible. In fact, in the founding of the United States of America, the Bible could be considered the first school book.

When the King James Bible was completed, you would think that it would have been well received, however, religion did not accept it. Romanism was against it, however, God through His power kept and multiplied it so that the masses would have the true Word of God. From the time of its completion to our present day, the King James Bible has remained under the attack of Satan. He has thrown everything he could to stop this divine work, and yet, he has failed. We have seen the burning of the Word of God, we have seen men trying to hide the Word of God, and we have seen the ministers of Satan trying to destroy its authenticity. One of the devil’s favorite ploys is to argue about the Hebrew, the Aramaic, and the Greek languages and distract attention away from the words of God to how man compiled the manuscripts of the past leaving out entirely the true issue of the power of God to preserve, and maintain His word. Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God. (Matthew 22:29)

Have you noticed the wolf pack never attacks their own, and the attack from the wolf pack is always against the King James Bible? I’m sure with the morality and the person that King James was when the Spirit of God started wrestling with him that he spent many sleepless nights. However, the Spirit of God was triumphant, and He blocked Satan at every turn. In my own personal experience I have witnessed men using four different versions in one message solely attacking the King James Bible. Never realizing that by using their four very different versions, the very texts that they quote destroys their point. For all four versions vary in their text. This is only one experience of many. I have seen various concordances used to attack the Bible, never the modern versions, but always only the King James Bible. This should turn a light on in the faith of the believer. That just as the Lord was rejected, just as His disciples were rejected, the straight path of the Word of God has always been rejected. So be careful what you allow to pass through your ears. One drop of water does not hurt a stone, but a continual drip over centuries can wear a path through that stone. So too erroneous doctrines built on false ground if it persists in the ear, then the mind eventually will be persuaded. This is where one must hold fast to the faith once delivered to the saints. As the Spirit of God leads us in the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we have received the greatest gift of God freely. This is the gift of God’s dear Son, His beloved Son, the Son of His love; therefore, we of all people should not expect gain and refuse what man has to offer to us if they are outside of Christ.

It is each and every Christian’s responsibility to help other Christians, however, it is by faith that one walks with the Lord Jesus Christ. Faith has no price. A man with true faith will not compromise his faith for filthy lucre. The hireling has two negatives in that he relies on the natural world of Adam. The first thing that he does is to set a price for his work; secondly, he will compromise because of that price. He works for gain and not for the souls of man.

The Continuity of the Word of God

The truth of God’s Word follows sin through the Scriptures. There is a direct path from the garden of God to a garden where the cross was placed, and where Christ bore the sin of the world. After that, follow sin, there is a direct path to the great white throne of judgment and the final place of torment, the lake of fire. You will see the continuity of the Spirit of God through the pages. Then, follow the seed of redemption, from the garden of God to the birth of the Lord Jesus Christ, the promise seed fulfilled, and the Man from heaven announced by God the Father as His beloved Son. The holy man came from heaven to take away the sin of the world. He was the Lamb slain before the foundations of the world to fulfill the determinate counsels of God to fulfill the perfect will of God, and to fulfill all the righteousness of God. These are just a few aspects that lead us through the Word of God. Many papers and books have been written to defend the King James Bible, however, my faith in my heart, in my soul, in my spirit defends the Word of God, and brings a Spirit of authenticity to the very breath of God’s Word. It is the faith of the Son of God that keeps me, and He, as the Living Word, has ALL power in heaven and in earth. He is the glorified Man in heaven, and He sits upon His throne upholding all things by the Word of His power. There is no doubt in my mind, heart, and soul, that He wants every child of God to have His Word. For He wants every child of God to follow the path of faith, and only the Word of God ministered by the Spirit of God can accomplish this.

Years and years ago someone gave me a Bible that belonged to their father. The name on the cover is Harry Williams. What is strange is that this is the Bible that I use for all my daily reading and study. It never occurred to me to pick up another Bible to read and study it as I do this particular one. I have other Bibles, but God the Holy Spirit has given me an affinity with this particular Bible. I can only explain it by my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible is a very old Bible, the edges of the cover have completely been worn away, many pages are worn thin, some have battle scars and tears, it is a Holman Co. printing, and the only date in it comes from the maps: 1914. And wouldn’t you know that one of the maps in this Bible has a map of the way of Shur. On this map, there is a line titled The Great Wall of Egypt. This great fortification of a wall stretched from the tongue of the Red Sea to the Mediterranean Sea. It was a defense fortification to the land of Egypt that protected them from the invaders from the north. It was heavily fortified with towers, however, it had few entry gates. These gates were mostly used for commerce and travel. Isn’t it amazing how man has hidden this fact from the people of God? There is other information about the great wall of Egypt, and if one wants to study and research they will find even in man’s writing a history of this great wall. This is why man does not want the children of God to know the facts of this wall. How many times have you heard people try to explain away the mighty power of God parting the Red Sea? Yet, they could not pass on dry land, because the great wall would have stopped them. Once again, we must rely on our faith, and our faith must see it through.

God’s Voice

I believe I have the Word of God in my hands. I believe that it is breathed of God, and it is God’s voice to me. I have many life experiences that have proven my faith in the Word of God, and I will not surrender it while I have breath. This Word of God is in my spirit, in my soul, and in my heart. Even my bones and flesh is subject to this Word of God. I urge everyone who walks by faith to follow God’s path through His Word, and I am bold enough in my spirit to declare the King James Bible IS the Word of God. It was and is the open door that was given to the Church of Philadelphia in Revelation Chapter 3. As the Lord Jesus said in verses 7 and 8, that no man can shut the door that He has given. What is amazing is that this open door has affected the entire world, and this open door has brought countless souls to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ who is the Living Word of God. And the final evidence is one’s faith, and faith alone in the Son of God, the Lord Jesus Christ. It is He who has given to me the jewel of His Word, to build a fortress around me, a place of refuge in time of trouble, a place of comfort when life and death battle over the souls of men, and most of all it draws me to a place of fellowship with my Savior the Son of God. Yes, this is my Bible, the King James Bible!

Amen.
